First, and foremost, I want to say how very blessed we are- Ben is recovering very well from his life-threatening ordeal. He went back to work in early June, and was back to driving a week before that. He's gotten the thumbs up from all of his doctors, and a lot of awe for being the best recovery some of them has seen. He is simply a walking miracle, and I thank God every day for him!
Our summer is going very well- and we've had a new addition to our family... A new kitten! Her name is Sam (the third), and is affectionately known as "Sammer" or "Sammit kitty." Our older cat, Thunderkitty, is handling the kitten well. She only gets mad and body slams the kitten when she gets tired of having her ears/tail/face chewed on. Sam has been a pretty good kitten so far, except for jumping on Ben and I at odd hours throughout the night. Who needs sleep anyways, right? As you can see, the Thunderkitty is much larger than Sam, it's a ratio of 18:2... pounds that is. :) So, that's all for now, it's getting to dinner time and I've got to feed the man. Have a great day!
